Spotify India Coming Soon, Challenging Apple Music, Amazon Prime Music, Saavn
Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming services in the world, unfortunately, legendary Indian cannot access it. However, the law may soon change.
CEO of Spotify and co-founder Daniel in a recent “Investor’s Day” meeting of the company in New York revealed that there is a possibility of the arrival of the SPFP in India. The final date for launching the service in India is yet to be specified, but the competition will compete against Apple Music, Amazon Prime Music, Savan, Ghana and many other popular music streaming players.
Work is going on to launch this music streaming service on some of the world’s biggest markets including India, Russia, and Africa.
This is the first time that the company has released plans for its operator expansion in India for a long time. According to Public Offering data, Speedy said that by the end of 2017 there were 308 employees in India and 20 other countries. In early 2016, the company’s former Google executive appointed Akshar Harbola as the operator of India’s market and was given an office rent in Mumbai last year.
Why is the speedy attempt to come to the Indian market quickly, but there is no clarity. But already Apple Music, Amazon Prime Music, Google Music and other competitors felt their presence. Despite a lot of late, Spotify can enjoy its popularity from the Spotify users.
