Asus Zenfone 5 (2018) with Notch Display Launch in Taiwan on April 12
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]oday the information about the phone’s launch date has come. It will be launched on April 12. Though it is about to originate from China. A Chinese Weibo user has been share invite of Asus Zenfone 5 (ZE620KL) event. Along with this, the company has also mentioned the dual lens and AI feature in Invite.
Asus Zenfone 5 Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipsets and 1.8 GHz processor, Adreno 509 GPU. the company has introduced it in 4 GB and 6 GB memory two variants. There is an inbuilt memory of 64 GB in 4GB RAM variant and 128GB in 6GB RAM variant & both device internal storage can be expendable.
Asus Zenfone 5 has a 6.2-inch Full HD + 2.5D Curved IPS display, 19: 9 aspect ratio with NOTCH display. The screen offers an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent, the phone has a 12 MP dual rear camera and IMX 363 Sony sensor has been used for better photography. It has a simple sensor while the other is wide angle. It runs on the latest Android 8.0 that is customized with the newest Zen UI. A 3,000mAh battery enabled with Quick Charge 3.0 powers the smartphone.
The phone will get automatic effects such as Auto Night HDR and portrait mode. With the camera, Asus Zenfone 5 has 16 AI senses detection which automatically adjusts its background and colour according to natural colours. The phone’s selfie camera is of 8-megapixel. There is a pixel master feature for good selfie. The primary lens with f/1.8 aperture offers features like pixel size of 1.4micron, 4-axis OIS, dual-pixel autofocus and 83-degree field of view. It has a f/2.0 aperture selfie camera of 8-megapixel.
In the phone, you have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner with Face Unlock. For connectivity, dual 5-magnet speakers assisted by dual NXP smart amplifiers, the Dual Sim-based Asus Zenfone 5 will have 4G VoLTE, with WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC, GPS and USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio. For music, it has a DTS sound that is capable of delivering fast and good quality sound on the loudspeaker too.
The Asus Zenfone 5 is likely to be available for buying from April 12 in China & April 15 in Taiwan with a pricing ( ₹ 21999 & ₹ 26000), As far as ZenFone 5Z is concerned, it is expected to go on sale in June. but there is currently no information about India but it is expected that it will be launched by the end of April.
